Litech Aqua Multic integrated water treatment systems from Litech Aqua effectively solve the task of simultaneous water softening and removal of dissolved iron and manganese. These systems are designed for complex water preparation, most often from wells, in cases where water contains both hardness salts and iron with manganese.

The main components of the system are a tank with a distribution system filled with a complex filter media based on ion-exchange resins, as well as an automatic control valve that manages the operation, backwashing, and regeneration processes of the unit. The complex media provides simultaneous removal of calcium and magnesium ions, as well as dissolved forms of iron and manganese. The media is regenerated using a sodium chloride solution (tablet salt), which is prepared in the brine tank. The system does not require preliminary water aeration.

In household use, water with high hardness, iron, and manganese content leads to scale formation on heating elements, reddish stains on plumbing and dishes, deterioration of the organoleptic properties of water, and can affect the condition of skin and hair.
