Mechanical water purification plant Litech Aqua FSA 2472
Litech Aqua FSA Mechanical Water Filtration Systems
The Litech Aqua FSA series mechanical water filtration plants are classic media filters designed to remove mechanical impurities, suspended particles, and reduce turbidity from water. These systems are used for pre-treatment of water in domestic, commercial, and industrial facilities where simplicity of design and optimal capital costs are important.
The main components of the plant include a tank with a distribution system filled with quartz sand filter media, as well as an automatic control valve that manages the operation and backwashing processes of the unit. Quartz sand provides reliable mechanical filtration and effective retention of suspended particles within the filter bed. The restoration of the filter media’s working properties is carried out during automatic backwashing cycles.
In household use, mechanical impurities in water lead to contamination of plumbing fixtures, reduced service life of household appliances, and deterioration of water quality. In industrial use, suspended particles accumulate in pipelines and equipment, cause abrasive wear, and can negatively affect the stability of system operation and the quality of the product that contains this water.
The FSA series mechanical filtration plant effectively eliminates these problems, providing a basic level of mechanical filtration and protection for engineering systems and equipment. The use of quartz sand helps reduce capital costs for the equipment and provides a cost-effective solution for tasks that do not require high-precision fine filtration.
Depending on the water consumption mode, different configurations of FSA mechanical filtration plants are used. In cases where a backwash interruption is acceptable and there is no need for continuous supply of purified water, single-tank Litech Aqua FSA plants are used. If uninterrupted system operation and constant supply of purified water are required, Litech Aqua FSA Duplex plants should be chosen. These consist of two tanks that backwash alternately, ensuring continuous mechanical filtration.
If you are looking for a reliable and economically justified solution for removing mechanical impurities from water, feel free to contact us. Our engineers will help you select the optimal system configuration, taking into account the quality of the source water and operating conditions. Litech Aqua specialists provide qualified selection and configuration of equipment, ensuring stable and predictable system operation.
Each Litech Aqua FSA mechanical water filtration system comes with a 5-year warranty, which is valid subject to regular maintenance by specialists of our service center.
